Upscale Seafoods primary business is the marketing and distribution of locally sourced seafood. Operating along Australia’s East Coast, our focus is receiving and processing wild fresh fish, mainly tuna, swordfish, marlin, and by-catch species, and supplying these to both local and international export markets. These wild fish are caught in Australian waters by vessels primarily in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery (ETBF).
We are a proudly MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified company, meaning that our product can be traced to a sustainable source, displaying the ecolabel, and never includes non-certified product.
